• Gift Cards are available for purchase by individuals aged 18 years or older.
• All purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after a Gift Card is purchased, activated, or sent, except as required by applicable law.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (e.g., email address for digital cards). We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3. Activation & Validity

• Digital Gift Cards are typically activated automatically upon purchase confirmation.
• Physical Gift Cards are activated at the time of purchase or shipment.
• Gift Cards have no value until activated.
• Unless otherwise stated, Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Unused balances after expiration are forfeited and become the property of Gift Card Guru, except where prohibited by law.

4. Redemption

• Gift Cards may be redeemed only for eligible goods and services offered by third-party merchants as specified on the Gift Card or on our Site.
• Redemption is subject to the merchant’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for merchant refusal to honor valid Gift Cards.
• The available balance will be applied to your purchase. If the purchase exceeds the balance, you must pay the difference using another payment method.
• Partial redemptions are allowed. The remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card for future use until expiration or full depletion.

5. Balance, Lost & Stolen Cards

• You may check your Gift Card balance on our Site or via the contact information provided on the Gift Card.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced, refunded, or reissued. Treat Gift Cards like cash. We are not responsible for unauthorized use.

6. Restrictions

• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• We reserve the right to deactivate or cancel any Gift Card if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

5. 余额查询、遗失与被盗

• 遗失、被盗或损坏的礼品卡不予补发、退款或重置。请将礼品卡视同现金保管。我方对未经授权的使用不承担责任。
